Frequently Asked Questions
  • When will my order ship?
    • ​Your order will ship within 2 business days. If you ordered something custom please allow an extra business day for us to print your order. If you need your product in a more timely manner, please feel free to e-mail us at diane@sparkledlightboutique.com
  • What do I do if my item arrived damaged or received the wrong item?
    • If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item please contact me as soon as possible. Your complete satisfaction is extremely important so please do not hesitate to message me if there are any problems. 
  • I received my tracking info but my package isn't moving.
    • All items are shipped via USPS. Please allow up to 48 hours for package movement. System updates can be slow and will sometimes have several updates at once. Standard shipping is first class so please allow up to 5 days for shipping 
  • How do I care for my items?
    • Everyday Tee's : Normal wash as instructed on the clothing tag. 
    • Boutique Tops: This will vary for each piece so please be sure to read each tag carefully for washing instructions.
